These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the services provided by 307 ProClean, a cleaning service company ("we," "us," "our") in Gillette, Wyoming, and surrounding areas, including residential, commercial, industrial, and move-in/move-out cleaning services. By accessing or using our website, services, or engaging with us in any manner, you agree to abide by and be bound by the terms set forth herein.

1. Services Provided

307 ProClean offers professional cleaning services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, industrial, and move-in/move-out cleaning. We serve customers primarily in Gillette, Wyoming, and will also provide services to clients in surrounding areas, including Wright, Wyoming.

2. Service Scheduling & Quotes

To begin the cleaning process, customers must reach out to us for a free quote. We will then visit the premises (residential or business) to assess the space and schedule the cleaning. All appointments must be confirmed by our team prior to scheduling the cleaning service.

3. Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on the square footage of the property and the scope of cleaning required. We accept payments through QuickBooks or checks. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning date, no refund will be issued.

• No Cancellation Fee: We do not charge a cancellation fee, but please note that late cancellations will forfeit the refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that the space to be cleaned is accessible. This includes:

• Locked Doors/Unaccessible Spaces: Any areas that are locked or otherwise inaccessible will not be cleaned, and no refund will be provided for these areas.

• Provision of Access: Customers must provide access to all areas that need cleaning. Failure to do so may result in an incomplete service.

6. Liability

307 ProClean is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions of the property, such as structural issues, faulty plumbing, or hidden damage. We carry insurance for any potential accidents or damages caused during the cleaning process, but liability is limited to specific scenarios defined by our insurance policy.

7. Use of Body Cameras

Our cleaning professionals wear body cameras during all cleaning appointments for both security and quality assurance purposes. By using our services, you consent to the recording of the cleaning session.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect personal information through our website, including your name, email address, phone number, and business name (if applicable) for the purposes of providing quotes, scheduling services, and communication. We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill services or comply with the law. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, photographs, graphics, and written material, is the property of 307 ProClean and is protected by copyright law. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our proprietary content without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Wyoming.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through mediation before pursuing any legal action. Both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve the dispute in a fair and timely manner.

12. Updates to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to periodically review this page for any updates or changes.

13. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and 307 ProClean regarding the use of our services and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
